Jane Gerald
CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
Jane Gerald is an Advocate of the High Court and Subordinate Courts thereto save for the primary court, she is the principal partner and co-founder of the firm. Prior to pioneering the firm, Miss Jane worked with various Law Firms and handled different legal matters.
Her areas of practice are; corporate law especially company incorporation, compliance and Legal secretarial services, prosecution and defending suits arising from contracts, labour and industrial relations disputes, land disputes, criminal offences as well as commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, drafting and vetting of commercial contracts, drafting and registration of security documents including mortgage deeds, deeds of debenture, guarantees and related documents of security;
She specifically worked with KCB Bank Tanzania Limited, Equity Bank Tanzania Limited and Tujijenge Tanzania Limited in developing, and perfecting security documents for their clients.
Arnold Eric Munisi
CO-FOUNDER AND PARTNER
Arnold Munisi is an Advocate of the High Court and Subordinate Courts thereto save for the primary court, specializing in corporate law and Conveyance with an experience of over Five years in a corporate law firm serving a wide range of clients from top banks to major advertising, mining and shipping firms and most recently serving as company secretary of Tujijenge Tanzania Limited a micro finance institution with operations in Dar es salaam, Coastal region and lake zone. Were he helped establish and supervise the internal legal department and the creation of a mortgage and credit file vetting systems and tools, used to date by the institution to screen and charge client collaterals in the loans they give out.
Arnold previous to his attaining of his law degree was a youth activist with the Youth of United Nation of Tanzania an association of which he was a member and served as a deputy secretary general and later as Acting Secretary General, taking part in youth voices involved the Mkukuta process and Stand Up campaigns that aimed at bringing awareness of the Millennium development goals to youths in secondary schools and universities.
Arnold is also serving as company secretary for dynamic innovative youth led companies such as 5 Dimensions Company Limited specializing in Creative arts, media and entertainment.
